Quiero compartir mi experiencia con vuestros productos y servicios después de completar mi primera compra. En cuanto a las telas, la calidad general cumple con lo que hablamos inicialmente —las muestras que recibí antes de la compra son consistentes con el lote final, y no hubo problemas de deshilachado o variaciones de color. Sin embargo, hubo una leve demora en la entrega: la fecha acordada era el 15 de octubre, pero recibí el pedido el 18, aunque vuestro equipo me informó de la demora con anticipación y explicó que se debía a un ajuste temporal en la fábrica, lo cual me pareció responsable.

Whenever we have questions—like about fabric details, how an order is going, or even after-sales stuff—we usually get a clear answer in 1-2 hours. El telar Oxford que recibimos de este proveedor tiene un punto fuerte en la variedad de gramajes: desde 210D hasta 600D, cubren la mayoría de nuestras aplicaciones para mobiliario exterior y fundas. La coloración es fiel a las muestras que nos envían inicialmente, aunque en lotes grandes (más de 500 metros) hemos notado pequeñas variaciones tonales que, afortunadamente, no afectan el uso final. En términos de precio, está en el rango medio del mercado argentino, no es la opción más económica pero tampoco la más cara, lo que lo hace competitivo. El único inconveniente que hemos encontrado es que su departamento de postventa tarda entre 3 y 5 días en responder a consultas sobre garantías de producto; consideramos que esta respuesta podría ser más ágil. Para clientes que buscan equilibrio entre calidad y costo, es una buena elección.
